Website and Sale Terms

These terms apply when you use pluginhub.com.au, create an account, download a plugin or buy a Pro entitlement.

Updated 16 September 2026: UATA hosted image credits and verified staging companions.

Operator and acceptance

PluginHub is operated by David Lipschitz as a sole trader trading as Plugin Hub, ABN 87 760 789 346, Victoria, Australia. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use paid services.

Products and orders

PluginHub supplies downloadable WordPress software and related licence-key, update and support entitlements. Product pages form part of these terms and describe the current Free and Pro boundary, compatibility, price and material limitations. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by fraud, a clear pricing error, legal restrictions or unavailable supply, and will refund any amount taken for an order we cannot fulfil.

Prices, payment and tax

Unless stated otherwise, paid prices are one-off amounts in US dollars. There is no automatic renewal. Payment is processed by Stripe. Plugin Hub is not registered for GST, so GST is not included or charged. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or other fees.

Digital delivery

Downloads, account access and licence details are made available electronically after successful payment or registration. You are responsible for using an accurate email address and keeping account credentials secure. Contact us if delivery does not complete.

Licence-key entitlement

A paid PluginHub entitlement may be active on one site at a time. Staging and production are separate sites, except for UATA’s verified staging companion described below. You may deliberately transfer the entitlement by confirming the current and target site through the available licence workflow. A transfer is not automatic. See the Software Licence for the relationship between open-source code rights and PluginHub’s update, support and activation services.

UATA image credits

Hosted generation is currently in administrator-only pre-launch testing. Image credits pay for hosted suggestions and are separate from the one-site lifetime Pro licence. One credit buys one newly delivered suggestion. Editing, applying, reusing, undoing and retrieving that saved suggestion cost no further credits. Every new suggestion requires review before applying.

Known failed requests release their image-credit reservation. An interrupted request with an uncertain outcome keeps its reservation while we check for a saved result. Use the recovery controls instead of repeatedly starting a new job.

The Free introduction provides 50 credits, once per verified account/site, for 90 days. UATA Pro costs US$59 once for one production website and includes 200 non-expiring introductory credits. Top-ups cost US$9 for 200, US$19 for 500, or US$49 for 2,000 credits. Purchased credits do not expire. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Using all credits does not expire or revoke Pro.

UATA staging companion: a deliberately linked and verified staging website may share the production account's image-credit balance and validate against its production Pro licence. Both websites must belong to the same PluginHub account. This permits testing alongside one production website; it does not permit a second production activation. Pro deactivation on the staging website does not release the production licence.

Support and updates

Reasonable-efforts email support and product updates are described in the Support and Updates Policy. Continued use of supplied code does not depend on a subscription, but no software can be guaranteed compatible with every future WordPress, PHP, theme, plugin or hosting change.

Refunds and consumer guarantees

Our Digital Refund and Consumer Guarantees Policy applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious code, abuse support channels, or use PluginHub services unlawfully. You remain responsible for backups, testing and the content and operation of websites on which you install a plugin.

Third-party services

WordPress, hosting providers, payment services, APIs and other third-party software are governed by their own terms. PluginHub is not responsible for an independent third party, but this does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PluginHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the website or software. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the remedies permitted by applicable law. This clause does not limit non-excludable consumer guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, severability and law

We may update these terms prospectively and will publish the updated date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to courts with jurisdiction there, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights.
